To know more about the shipping process if you aim to place an order on SneakersFactoryClub or have placed an order, please browse the information below.
Where is the order shipped from?
Each order is shipped from Hong Kong.
If there are multiple items in one order, it will be separated into multiple packages.
A single package can only contain a pair of shoes due to the volume limit.
How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time varies by the destination country and shipping method.
To Europe: 14 ~18 calendar days
Shipping Method: Air shipping + DHL Express
Timeline:
- Step 1: Process order (2~3 days)
- Step 2: Ship out the package (A DHL tracking number will be updated in 2~3 days after shipping)
- Step 3: Air shipping to Germany and processing customs clearance ( 8~10 days)
- Step 4: DHL picks up the package in Germany, ships it to the destination country, and delivers it to the recipient via the local courier company. (3~5 days)
Note: Tracking will be available only after DHL picks up the package. Want to know the shipping progress before that? Please contact our customer service.
To the U.S.: 13 ~19 calendar days
Shipping Method: Air Express Shipping + UPS OR FedEx
⚠️Due to regional conflicts and their impact on global aviation—including flight reductions and fuel shortages—air cargo capacity to the U.S. is currently limited. Consequently, your order may take longer than usual to arrive. We apologize for the inconvenience and are monitoring the situation daily to ensure your package arrives safely.
Timeline:
- Step 1: Prepare and ship out the orders (2~3 days) - (A UPS/FedEx tracking number will be updated in 2~3 days after shipping)
- Step 2: Air shipping to the U.S. or other transit countries and processing customs clearance ( 8~12 days)
- Step 3: UPS/FedEx picks up and scans the package and delivers it to the recipient (3~4 days)
Note: The courier company (UPS/FedEx) is randomly arranged according to the shipping address; Tracking details on the courier company's website will be available only after UPS/FedEx picks up the package.

How to track the order's shipping progress?
There are 2 ways to track the order
By tracking number:
Track the order by entering the tracking number on the courier's official website. The tracking number will be emailed to the customer's email after shipping.
By the QC system:
Enter the last 6 digits of the recipient's contact number to track the order on our QC system
